We contacted Matt after dealing with him as the representative of the Seller of our home. He served as the representative for the Seller as they had already vacated the home. He was polite, professional, and honest through the process of purchasing the home. When it came time to sell that house after 2 years, Matt was the first person we thought of for helping us sell. A new job opportunity had us moving from New Hampshire to New Mexico and it had to happen fast. Matt was able to get the house on the market within two weeks, and within 4 days we had several offers to choose from. Matt was in constant contact with us despite the time difference between New Hampshire and New Mexico. He was able to help us sell our home within one month! From going on the market to closure was March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. 5 Stars, 10/10 would recommend to anyone selling a home in New Hampshire.

I requested info on a house for sale through a website and Matt contacted me in less than an hour to set up a showing for me. I knew immediately the first time we met that he was the Realtor I wanted to work with even though at that point, if memory serves, I don't think he had even sold a property yet, or at least was very upfront that he was new at being a Realtor. That was almost two years ago. I finally closed on a house last month. In those two years Matt assisted with showing me over 50 houses, many of them when either I hadn't received pre-approval yet or it had expired, or we hadn't been in contact for months when life determined the house hunt had to be put on hold. If I called Matt he almost always answered and if I left a message he called me back the same day, if not within a couple hours. He always replied to my texts almost immediately, even late at night of early in the morning. His hustle and sense of urgency are unsurpassed. When I had a question and he didn't know the answer, and this is what I found most impressive, he was very willing to admit it and commit to digging up the answer and getting back to me as quickly as possible. All too often people in a sales position just make things up on the fly or try to mask the fact they might not know something with bluster and salesmanship. Not Matt. His sincerity, ethics, and honestly was blatantly apparent in everything he did, everything he said. He's kind, willing, and friendly. Matt listens and is empathetic and he's loyal. When I first started looking for a house with Matt my wife was recovering from a lengthy hospital stay after getting ill and almost dying. She fully recovered and since then our life paths diverged and we divorced. Through all that upheaval, including a pandemic, Matt understood how it affected the home search, and he was patient and listened as my priorities changed over and over. I will keep growing my investment property portfolio in the years to come, and I'm so grateful that I began this journey with Matt assisting me on my first house. In a couple years when I'm ready for #2 I will call Matt Riley because he's my Realtor.
